- In this video, I filmed a part of the daily life of my mother who lives in the rural countryside in Japan covered with snow for a few months each year during winter. This video depicts an example of spiritual, cultural and social Ecofeminism values with seamless footage between female activities and nature. Her lifestyle like other female neighbours is harmonious with the land, which is the antithesis of life in the city. Facing our current climate change battle, this video invites viewers to reconsider their life philosophy in relationship to the earth, away from materialistic power pressures.
