- Lucent is part of a recent series, which expands upon my investigation of universal interconnectivity through the exploration of place and time. Drawn from quiet observations of the natural landscape, these works are a mediation on the substance and the essential material nature of our world and our relationship within it. Lucent interprets the experience of morning light reflected across the surface of water, as the layers above and below the surface intertwine.
