- Forest of Light-Winter II encapsulates my experience of the winter season in a forest that surrounds my studio in Bpangerang Country, North-East Victoria. Through changing weather patterns, I watched shifting light rays transform the colours of the forest landscape. I saw the eucalyptus trees and their arching branches hold strong against fierce storms, and felt the calm when the winds eased allowing the forest to breathe a sigh of relief. This work expresses the complexity of forest forms and vibrational energies that run deep into my natural surroundings.
