- My art practice is an evolving response to our digital times. I often use pixel-like marks as devices to explore the complexities of our changing experience. 'Filtered Light VIII' explores the invisible processes and visual uncertainty inherent in digital imagery through a combination of hand silkscreen printing, extended with intensive hand cutting and weaving techniques. The integration of these artisanal yet systematic methods enables a human transformation of digital image fragmentation and recombination. This work anchors electronic image fluidity into a fixed, tangible object, reconnecting it with a human scale of material, process, and time.
