- Ellsmore – Copperplate Etching For some years, I have collected bits of twisted wire from old buildings being renovated, or gutted, to make way for the new. Almost invariably, the wires come alive as displaced creatures. Perhaps, they have been awakened from past lives and consigned to restless wandering…? In a similar vein, “Ellsmore” was disturbed on a rural property on Ellsmore Rd, Exeter, in the Southern Highlands. (Printed on 300 gsm Hahnemuhle paper in editions of 6 + AP.)
