- A Room of One's Own (2025) I reference Virginia Woolf's 1929 essay within the context of late-stage capitalism and the unfolding crisis of living. Depicting myself as a masculine stoic figure. I explore Woolf's metaphor. — "a woman must have money and a room of one's own if she is to write fiction." — mirroring the dream of owning a home amidst stark inequalities, with a third of Australians facing housing instability, when do we challenge the normalisation of hoarding investment properties, lavish Airbnb portfolios, and money laundering in this staunchly guarded permissive political landscape?
